ATS Integrations

Tenzo integrates with all of the top applicant tracking systems in recruiting and staffing. Integration setup and configuration can be managed via the Admin settings portal. The lifecycle of a linked ATS interview is as follows
  1. Job Sync Every 5 minutes, Tenzo will sync any new or updated jobs into the Tenzo platform. Interviews will be configured based on Organization Defaults Settings and any matching Rules Engine conditions.
  2. Applicant Sync When an applicant applies to a linked job, Tenzo will sync the applicant into the platform.
  3. Outreach and Interview If an applicant is in a valid stage or status (configurable in the ATS Settings page) Tenzo will engage the candidate and conduct the configured interview, saving all results as viewable in the Tenzo platform.
  4. Post-Interview ATS Actions Once the interview is complete, all interview results will be posted back to the ATS. Custom follow up actions dependent on the interview results (status update, stage movement), and the propagation of additional custom extracted information to the ATS may also be configured. For candidates Tenzo adds itself (sourcing, uploads, and other Tenzo-only paths), whether an ATS application or submission is created at all is controlled by Create ATS Application under ATS Settings.
If a scored answer is flagged for work accommodation review, Tenzo still completes the usual ATS write-back, results email, and follow-up actions. It then keeps the applicant in the Work Accommodation Requested Tenzo stage and, when configured, its matching ATS stage, until every flagged item is reviewed. Tenzo then moves the applicant to the usual final outcome — unless a recruiter got there first: an applicant already moved off that ATS stage keeps the stage the recruiter chose, and one already moved out of the Tenzo stage is left where they are.Two cases skip the hold entirely: a candidate whose score already meets the passing threshold on their raw answers goes straight to their usual final outcome, and flagged Info questions surface for reviewer awareness without holding the stage.
