Summary Templates

Summary Templates allow you to standardize the format and content of data collected after an interview as presented in the Sumary section of the interview results. This summary is included as a part of the
  • Interview summary note posted to the ATS
  • Call complete email sent to recruiters
  • Interview results display in the Tenzo Dashboard

Modifying Summary Templates

Each organization comes with a pre-made default summary template that will be applied to all jobs within the Admin portal. This default template may be modified, and additional summary templates may be configured for different roles for the case that there is information only relevant to specific roles to be extracted from an interview.
Summary Result Templates

Admin > Templates Bank > Summary Templates

For each summary template, admins may specificy:
  • The names and headers of all relevant categories of information to be extracted and summarized from the call
  • Optional additional details summary extraction instructions for each category to assist with and tune the extraction results
