Overview

The Jobs page can surface jobs based on who recently changed them, so you can pick up where you left off or audit what a teammate or a sync touched. Two complementary tools power this:
  • A Modified by you metric tile at the top of the Jobs page that counts how many jobs you’ve ever modified, with a green “+N last 7d” badge showing how many of those you changed in the last 7 days.
  • A Modified by filter that narrows the job list to jobs changed by specific people and/or by automated syncs, optionally within a time window.
Both are driven by the same activity history, so a job counts as “modified” whenever a meaningful change is recorded against it.

What counts as a modification

A job is considered modified when any of the following happens:
  • The job is created, launched, or paused
  • Job settings are edited (including renaming the job, changing its owner, or moving it to a different folder)
  • The interview script or interview settings are saved
  • A transcript or interview result is edited
  • The job is duplicated from another job
  • A template assignment changes
  • An integration rule is applied to the job (for example, an ATS sync that updates the job’s location or follow-up recipients)
Changes made automatically by syncs and integrations are attributed to System rather than to a person, which lets you separate hands-on edits from background updates.

The “Modified by you” tile

When you open the Jobs page with no filters applied, a row of metric tiles appears above the job list. The Modified by you tile shows the total number of distinct jobs you’ve ever modified. The green “+N last 7d” badge shows how many of those you modified in the last 7 days. Selecting the tile applies the Modified by filter scoped to you, across all time, so you immediately see every job you’ve touched.

The “Modified by” filter

Add the filter from the Add filter menu on the Jobs page. It has two parts:
  • A Modified date range at the top. It shows a compact summary button that reads All time by default. Click it to open a calendar popup, pick a start and end date (a “from → to” range), then click Done. The button then summarizes the range (for example, “Jun 1, 2026 - Present” or “Jan 2, 2026 - Feb 2, 2026”). Use All time inside the popup to clear the dates again.
  • A checklist of modifiers. System (syncs & automations) is listed first, followed by a searchable list of org members. Type in the Search people box to quickly find someone, then select one or more to include their modifications; selecting nothing leaves the filter inactive.
The filter pill summarizes the current selection (for example, “Jane Doe · 6/1/26 - 6/8/26”). You can combine it with other Jobs filters such as Status or Recruiter to narrow results further. Clearing the filter returns you to the default Jobs view.

Tips

  • Click the Modified by you tile first thing in the morning to jump back to whatever you were working on.
  • Select System and pick a recent date range to audit which jobs an ATS integration or the rules engine recently changed, without the noise of manual edits.
  • Select several teammates to see everything your pod has been working on this week.
