Overview

The ATS Job Fields filter on the Analytics page limits every number on the page to jobs whose fields in your ATS match conditions you set. For example, you can see results for only your Wisconsin jobs, or only jobs in the Retail department. The filter is available to organizations with an ATS connected to Tenzo.

Adding the filter

  1. On the Analytics page, click Add Filter and choose ATS Job Fields.
  2. In each row, pick a Field from your ATS, an Operator, and a Value.
  3. Click Apply.
The filter pill shows how many conditions are active, for example “2 conditions”. Click the pill to edit the conditions, or the × on the pill to remove the filter.

Combining conditions

Conditions are arranged in groups:
  • Within a group, a job matches if it meets any condition (OR). Use the + button on a row to add another option to the same group.
  • Across groups, a job must match every group (AND). Use Add condition group to add one.
For example, to see jobs in Wisconsin or Minnesota that are also in Retail, put the two states in one group and the department condition in a second group. Conditions work the same way as conditions in the Rules Engine, so a set of conditions matches the same jobs in both places. Text comparisons ignore case, and a job location’s state matches both abbreviations and full names (WI and Wisconsin). Regex Match is not available in this filter. Use Contains or = instead.

What the filter changes

When the filter is applied, every metric, chart, card, breakdown, and export on the Analytics page counts only matching jobs. You only ever see jobs you already have access to, so the filter can narrow your results but never widen them. A few things to keep in mind:
  • Current ATS values. Jobs match on their ATS field values today. If a job’s location changed in your ATS last month, it counts under its new location for all of its history.
  • Jobs without ATS details never match. A job only matches once its details have synced from your ATS into Tenzo. Such a job is left out even for conditions like ≠ or Does Not Contain.
  • No matches shows zero. If no jobs match your conditions, the Analytics page shows 0 rather than your unfiltered numbers.
