Adding Candidates to a Job

Similar to how interviews at production scale are usually synced and created automatically from the customer’s ATS, at production scale most organizations will have their candidates automatically added to jobs as they apply via the ATS or found and added in from within the Tenzo app with the assistance of the sourcing agent. Tenzo also gives many options for adding candidates manually to a job, useful for non-ats jobs or testing the full candidate experience from end to end.

Adding Candidates Manually

For both phone and web interview, candidates can be manually added via the Add Candidates button. This button provides two primary modalities, namely
  • A Manual Contact Information Form
  • CSV Upload
For phone interviews, a phone number is required, whereas for web interviews, an email is required to send the video invitation link. Additionally, for video interviews, the Add Candidates screen provides a Permanent Interview Link which can be sent to any canddiate and allows candidates to input their information manually to add themselves to the job.
Activate the Job: After configuring your job and adding candidates, make sure to click Activate so Tenzo will begin contacting pending candidates.
Once candidates are added, they will appear in the in the Candidates tab of a job page with call status Pending.

Results

The AI will then reach out to these candidates for active jobs via the configured initial outreach method, and once the candidate conducts an interview, results can be viewed in this page.
