# Job Specific Settings

> Configure interview-specific settings

## Modifying Settings for a Specific Interview

Settings for a specific interview may be modified by navigating to the job, selecting the **Configure** tab and then selecting the **Settings** tab on configuration sidebar.

From there, you can configure settings such as

* **Caller Persona** Customize the voice, language, name, and personality of your interviewer
* **Interview Behavior** Configure settings that affect how the interview runs
* **Outreach** Configure call types, outreach hours, reminders, candidate emails, and opt-out messaging
* **Disqualification** Configure resume disqualification and fraud risk checks
* **Recruiting Results** Decide which recruiters receive updates and how recruiting results are handled
* **Candidate Outcomes** Configure candidate-facing thank-you, rejection, and resume feedback outcomes
* **Video Interview** Configure video-only behavior such as scheduling, desktop requirements, identity verification, and related controls when the job uses web interviews
* **Support Only** Support-only tooling (for example Caller LLM options available to Salv support users)

along with many other configuration options. The same setting groups are used for organization-level defaults in **Settings > Interview Settings**, so job-specific settings and admin defaults are organized consistently.
